The Country Club Oaks Homeowners' Association welcomes you. Our website provides information and details to make your involvement in the Association enjoyable and convenient. Here you will soon find the recorded meeting minutes, as well as easy-to-access improvement applications. We also plan to have forms to communicate directly with the Board of Directors.

Our community consists of 57 single family homes. The greenbelts and walkway areas are shared by all homeowners. As residents and occupants it is our responsibility to preserve and enhance the beauty and value of our established neighborhood. We invite you to enjoy the facilities and make every effort to maintain the integrity of your neighborhood.

Our meetings are held quarterly. Times and dates will be posted here on our website and are open to all residents. We welcome your attendance, participation and input and encourage you to share your ideas. We also include our Treasurer's report where possible.

The Association is a non-profit corporation, chartered and governed by the laws of the State of Florida. The corporate powers of the Association are vested and exercised by your Board of Directors who manage the day-to-day affairs of the Association.
